Flat-Rate Fees
$125 for conventional real-estate closings (Purchase, Sale, Refinance, HELOC, Cash-Out, 2nd Mortgage).
$150 for Government insured real-estate closings (FHA, USDA, VA, etc.).
$175 Reverse Mortgages (HECMs) +$50 Jumbo.
$100 for Real-estate related Applications, Disclosures, Modifications, Settlements, Hybrids.
$50 for General Notary Services and DMV Title Transfers (up to 3 notarizations).
$75 for General Notary Services and Auto Loan Closings (up to 9 notarizations).
$100 for General Notarizations (10+ notarizations).
For ALL transactions, it is +$25 per witness required. (This fee applies even if the notary themselves can act in the capacity of a witness).
For real estate transactions, it is +$25 for any POA/Trust associated with the transaction.
Terms & Conditions
To ensure the highest level of service and reliability, please review our booking requirements and service standards below.
Eligible Zip Codes: Your appointment must be in one of the following Kentucky zip codes:
Kenton County: 41051, 41018, 41019, 41011, 41015, 41017, 41016, 41052.
Boone County: 41042, 41094.
Campbell County: 41056, 41001, 41004.
Grant County: 41035.
Pendleton County: 41033.
Booking Window: Appointments may be scheduled up to 30 days in advance.
Lead Time: All bookings and reschedules require a minimum 4-hour notice prior to the desired appointment time.
Notice Period: Cancellations or changes must be made at least 2 hours before your scheduled time.
Late Cancellations: Failure to provide 2 hours' notice will result in an invoice for the full flat-fee.
"Dead End" Trips: If a signing cannot be completed upon arrival (e.g., signer no-show, lack of valid ID, or refusal to sign), the full flat-fee remains due.
We allocate specific time blocks to ensure efficiency:
Real Estate Transactions: Includes 60 minutes of service time.
General Notary Services: Includes 30 minutes of service time.
Overtime: Additional time is billed at $60/hour (calculated in 15-minute increments). By booking, you agree to these potential overage charges.
Document Delivery
For real estate files, documents must be received at least 24 hours prior to the appointment.
Scan-Backs
Digital copies/fax-backs will be delivered within 3 hours of the appointment conclusion.
Shipping
We utilize daily FedEx/UPS pickups from our office Mon-Sat. As a result, we do not provide drop-off receipts. Documents from appointments scheduled 3:00 PM EST or later will ship the following business day.
General Notary: Payment is due at the time of service. A receipt will be provided immediately.
Real Estate Transactions: Invoices will be issued in ALL cases and are due within 30 calendar days of the appointment.
Communication is vital and critical during a closing. If an issue arises requiring your input:
We will contact you via your provided methods and request that your client does the same.
15-Minute Response Window: If we do not receive a response within 15 minutes, we will terminate the session.
We will obtain a written statement from your client confirming the communication attempts and submit it with an invoice for the full flat-fee, which you agree to pay.
